What Vincit is
Vincit Careers Overseas is a private consultancy based in New Delhi. We provide eligibility assessment, counselling, documentation preparation, licensing-exam guidance and application coordination for people pursuing careers, study or travel abroad.
What we do not control
- No visa guarantee. No consultancy can ethically guarantee a visa, licence or job. Decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, licensing bodies and employers. We assess eligibility honestly, prepare documentation correctly and help you avoid avoidable errors — that is what we promise.
- Rules change. Immigration rules, occupation lists, fees and timelines change frequently. Information on this website is indicative as of its last update; we verify current requirements against official sources when we assess your case.
- Timelines are estimates. Any timeline we quote is a realistic range based on recent processing patterns, not a commitment.
Scope of engagement
- Before you pay anything, you receive a written, itemized quote separating our professional fee, government/third-party fees, and what is and is not included.
- Where a service involves job placement assistance, we state clearly in writing whether a job offer is part of the engagement or not. We verify that offers and employers are genuine before you proceed.
- Where third parties are involved (licensing bodies, verification services such as DataFlow, exam providers, embassies, partner organisations), their fees and decisions are their own.
Refunds
Refund terms are defined in the written engagement you sign before payment, service by service. Fees already paid to governments and third parties are generally non-refundable by those bodies.
Honest-use notice
We only submit truthful, complete applications. We will decline any engagement that asks us to misrepresent facts, and we will tell you plainly if we believe a pathway does not fit your profile.
